This project was much more than a spruce-up. We gutted two upstairs bathrooms and replaced flooring and banister system in the foyer, and improved exterior trim details, but the bulk of the work involved an expansive kitchen bump-out, family room addition, converting the old dining room to a den, converting the old living room to library, and the old family room to a dining room with fireplace. We added a full bath off of the laundry room and refurbished that room as well. All rooms received updated recessed lighting, sconces or pendants. Custom fireplace surround and columns offer simple elegance.
