This master bathroom went from dowdy and poorly planned to luxurious and dramatic. Centering the tub in the bay window area and heating the tile floor were high on the priority list. A soffit above the tub deck reflects the shape of the deck and is supported by two mock columns reflecting the homeowners taste. Solid surface material on the countertop and shower walls is the perfect backdrop for the newest in faucet styles and finishes. A bench seat in the shower with handheld shower head provides seating with a second source of water. New lay-out gave us extra room for an armoire-like storage unit.
