This kitchen was well past its prime and not user-friendly. It was divided into a cooking area, eating nook and mud room – all three spaces much too small. We removed the dividing walls and expertly patched in the existing hardwood flooring. Choices in cabinetry, accent tiles, granite countertops, ceiling tiles, lighting and apron sink reflect the vintage look that the homeowners began to develop in adjacent areas.
