The objective of this Cleveland Choice Award winning addition/remodel project was to create a larger, contemporary kitchen with a high-end “industrial look” without high-end cost.

This project started out by adding a 20’ x 10’ addition where there was once a covered porch. We then installed concealed structural beams and removed the rear wall of the home. White laminated cabinets with granite looking laminate tops achieved the desired look while keeping the project within budget.

The center island seats four and houses the cooktop, a prep sink, and plenty of storage space. With the vaulted ceiling, three skylights, and oversized windows we maintained an ample amount of sunlight streaming into the existing living space.

A matching serving buffet and shelves as you approach the dining room and the use of Pergo oak strip flooring throughout the first floor areas gently tie the addition into the existing home.
