Objective Remodel the 70’s kitchen and dinette for better function, additional storage, and modern look.

Project overview

• After reviewing 3 potential designs, we settled on taking two feet out of the dining room and putting it LL in the kitchen.

• We completely gutted the existing kitchen; removing the old pantry closets and the dining room wall.

• We reframed the dining room wall and soffits and installed new larger window in the kitchen and in Ld LLL the dining room we reframed the windows to the new center of the space.

• The area was completely rewired, adding recessed can lights, low-voltage task lighting and special can L ddL lights designed to highlight artwork.

• Glazed maple cabinets with a caramel stain topped with solid surface countertops combined with mmmm mM stainless steel appliances create the warm feeling the homeowners we striving for.

• Ceramic tile backsplashes and checkerboard patterned laminate floor added the finishing touches to this LLc beautiful kitchen

• The new display cabinet across from the dinette table provides a perfect place to display pottery and Ld fd.f artwork and still functions as a serving buffet when entertaining friends and family
