Our project managers are the key individuals of the production stage of your project. They will be on site every day during the duration of your project managing every aspect of construction. Each one of our project managers is a specialist in carpentry.; Working hand in hand with our designer they ensure that your project will reflect character appropriate for your setting.
If structural changes are to be made to your home we will bring in an architect with whom we have a working relationship. DesignTech's move to 1150 Linda St. Rocky River in April , 2006, opened new doors in our selections process.Our newly revamped design center houses a wide array of samples in countertop materials including the newest granites, quartz products and natural stone. You will find a tasteful selection of flooring materials, specialty wall tiles, and a whole library of lighting and plumbing fixtures and idea books.
