In other words, we are a remodeling company that has the expertise and technology to design projects and see them through to construction completion.
The first step toward redefining your home is to arrange a meeting with one of our Design/Build Consultants. They will listen to your needs and desires so that the scope of your project can be defined. From there, the Design phase begins with one of our qualified interior designers who will assist you in designing the home of your dreams.
Surprisingly, no two remodels are alike. Your needs and wants are as unique as you are. Your lifestyle and how you will live in the new space will drive the designs we create for you. The process of defining the scope of work and the level of finish you desire is crucial in formulating an accurate estimate for the construction of your project.

After the Design phase is complete the Build phase begins. We’ll hand over your project to an experienced Project Manager who will not only manage it, but complete most of the work himself with assistance from other DesignTech carpenters and long tenured trade contractors.
