Objective The homeowner wanted to create a fun play area for their three young children.

When they bought the home they noticed the basement had a mold and mildew issue. After ripping out the old basement walls and ceiling, they had the basement waterproofed and the mold removed.

• The walls were framed with metal studs.

• We insulated and dry walled the walls and the ceilings.

• The entire basement was rewired and new recessed can lights added.

• We built a toy closet under the stairs and a niche for the doll house.

• The homeowners painted and installed the carpet and the project was complete.
