This 1300 sq. ft. addition was designed strictly for fun. We gave special attention to exterior details that seamlessly blend the addition to the existing home. Specialty lighting, shaped soffits, streamlined cabinets and custom blended glass accent tiles provide for a contemporary atmosphere inside. Custom folding door allows catering vehicles and collectable vehicles to enter the party room. Kitchenette, wet bar and bathroom in this space accommodate guests needs minimizing travel into the existing house.
