This project started with a leaky roof. When the old garage roof started leaking in the middle of winter, this client called us to design a new garage with a first floor laundry and mud room entrance. We matched the brick to the house and install imitation slate shingles that resembled the real slate on the existing roof. The mud room features three custom built lockers near the entrance to the laundry room. At the second floor, we enlarged the existing bedroom. We also replaced all the windows in the house with new Pella windows that matched the old window profiles exactly. We also added the stamped concrete patio just off the entrance and replaced the driveway.
